Apstrofi Return Policy
Depending on the Apstrofi’s partnership agreement with designers/brands, you have 7-14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return if your purchase is not quite right. All exchanges and returns should be made through Apstrofi, else it cannot be processed.
Exchanged or returned item must comply our policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
Non-exchanged & returned items include:
- Beauty & Cosmetics
- Intimates (lingerie & swimwear)
- Jewelry or Fine Jewelry
- Final sale items and other items as stated in product page
Upon receiving the returned item, we inspect the goods prior to processing the returns and exchanges. All returns/exchanges should be made with the product from the same brand.Item must be returned to us unused with all labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy or partnership agreement will be sent back to the customer.
Once we receive the merchandise, we will perform an inspection. If your product passes the return check, you will receive a confirmation email. We will exchange or refund your product accordingly within 5 working days.
Refund is only available depending on Brand's policy.
