Shipping Policy

Shipping cost is free for all orders above IDR 500,000 within Indonesia.

Shipping cost is varied as not all of our brand partners are located in Jakarta. Please check in the product description as to where the brand comes from. 

All Additional shipping policy, including returns and exchanges are all stated in the shipping policy of the Product Page. Total fees may change depending on the quantity, weight or volume of your package. As every order is unique, shipping cost will vary depending on the size, weight as well as the cities where the chosen items are shipped from and will be shipped to. Some items that require special treatment such as oversized, overweighted, or fragile, may incur additional handling charges.

  • Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am -  9pm by Apstrofi's third party logistic partners.
  • All orders purchased after 4pm will be processed the next day.
  • All orders purchased after 4pm on Friday will be processed on Monday. 
  • If you order from multiple Apstrofi partners, please keep in mind that your items will arrive separately, as well as your package specifications. 
  • While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we are not responsible for delays due to failed payment approval or order confirmation.

Logistic Partners

To make sure, our customers get the best online shopping experience. Apstrofi is selectively choosing our third party logistic partners. Currently, we are partnering with Shipper, JNE, Alfatrex, Ninja Express, TIKI, and J&T to get your items delivered to your door.

Order Tracking

Once your order is paid and completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the details of your purchase. Once we received your payment and your order is approved by our brand partners, the relevant Apstrofi partner will manage to dispatch it within 1-2 BUSINESS day. Please ensure that you have entered your address accurately as re-routing charges will be borne by the customer in the event of a delivery address change after your shipping label has been created.

Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 1-7 business days from dispatch. Once your package is shipped from our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost in transit.
